Hi everyone, this album was sent it to me as a gift. I'm keeping it and not planning to sell now but I'm wondering what is the current price sale for an album?

I have looked over ebay and it seems like they're sold for around $300-$500 but the coins are in BU condition (blast white). I grade mine a mix of AU-low BU. Does the price depend on silver dime alone or does clad proof dime carry a premium? Thank you .

That was very nice for someone to gift this to. It takes some collectors years to assemble this set. The proof does carry a little premium. You got the 90% silver content in the pre 1964. It's hard to give an estimate on price without good individual photos.

Bullion value of the 90 and 99.9% silver dimes alone (79, if I counted correctly), is in the ballpark of $140.

Some of the clad proofs carry a premium, too, and agree with the others that this is a nice set!

Very nice set. You are one lucky person that someone likes you so much.
Now all you have to do is add the ones missing the mint marks.
That should keep you busy for a while.

If you're not familiar here is some info.
From the PCGS site about the 1968 Proof "No S" dime.
(And we mustn't forget the 1982 "No P" business strike dime.)

"Jaime Hernandez:

This is the first proof coin that was accidentally struck by the United States Mint without containing the S mint mark.

There are only a few dozen examples known in all grades combined, making it an extremely scarce coin. Because of the small amount of coins in existence, it is very likely that the San Francisco Mint caught these mistakes very early in the production process. There are no Mint records providing any details for these coins, which makes them a complete mystery.

Several years later, the Mint also produced 1975 No S dimes which are even scarcer than the 1968 No S Dimes, (there only two 1975 No S dimes known). Other proof coins that are missing the S mint mark, include the 1970 No S dimes, 1971 No S nickels, the unique 1976 No S Ike and the very popular 1990 No S Lincoln cent.
