The press release from the PM's office says he'll be on circulating coins and the $20 bill, with the new effigy being announced in a few months. (The new $20 won't be for years.)

Once again this technology is a total and complete failure! I will not be getting any of these coins thanks to the total crap that is technology, an abysmal failure as it always is. This is not just this site, but all technology, utter garbage.

Without justifying RCM website, I can simply agree - during release time most of known to me sites have variety of issues and prevent smooth item ordering.

However in this case, I was able to place my order on the Mint site and Dealer site within 5 minutes.
This though was even prior receiving mail from them with new release.

Added:
If you are in US, and do not care of RCM's points, simply order via Gatewest Coin (choose location as USA)

I am not interested in justifying any website. The issue today is simply one site. It is technology as a whole that consistently under delivers on its promise, hence my view that it is utter garbage. That view was not new today, and will remain always.

I did try several of their dealer sites, either they are broke down or out of stock. No coin, at least that saves a sum of money.

Thanks, Silveroid! Gatewest Coin worked and I have placed my order and it has been confirmed. Note, though, use a www in fron of the domain name, or the site did not connect... at least in my case.

Also, Canadian Coin and Currency works as well.

Good to hear, congrats for your order.

The Mintage is 25.000 even with huge demand, I do not think, that these should be sold out shortly

An ironic comment considering it was posted on a technology-based forum!

I was out most of Saturday so I didn't know about the Royal Cypher coins until I checked my e-mail at around 7pm (EST). I ordered the proof dollar from the link to the RCM and had no problem completing my order in three minutes.
I 'think' everything went ok. I got a "processing" e-mail from the RCM this morning, but I always feel better when I actually find a purchase in my mailbox. (I'm still waiting for the "Crown" silver dollar I bought in February)

^^^New e-mail stats item (KCIII) has been shipped!

At least the RCM has experience striking ultra-high relief coins. Given the nose & ears, they will need it.
