Are they 2's counter stamped onto the stem of the T and Y? A forward one on the T and a reverse one on the Y. And it looks like the head took a hit and was flattened out. Yes, it does appear to be a die crack above the E
With the updated images, it now looks like the coin was subject to multiple counterstamps - all received after it left the Mint, however. Still not a Mint error!
