Not worth paying to get graded.

XF45 details, cleaned, possibly environmental damage. A long acetone bath might help. Is that a rim Cud at the lower reverse, or damage? IMO it's unfortunately been cleaned and appears to have some sort of nasty residue on it. This one is not worth getting graded, I agree.

I'd say cleaned on the obverse for sure, unless the hairlines are only on the plastic of the holder, I'm even lower at VF30 details. The reverse is much better that obverse has seen better days IMO. It's hard to say from these photos but it looks a bit like a VAM-203 short leaf variety. Try matching up the key points here and if not the 203 try to figure out which 7 tail feather it is. http://ec2-13-58-222-16.us-east-2.c...78-P_VAM-203That is always a fun and sometime difficult exercise in 1878-P dollars. The VAM-203 is worth a premium.

I discovered why those that graded my coin had problems, I discovered this evening that my 1878 Morgan silver dollar has the Mint error being 1878 obverse with a 1879 reverse, but thank you guys for trying.

That's not a mint error (unless you mean that you swapped pictures)
Some 1878 7TF Morgans have the SAF (slanted arrow feather) reverse used in 1879.
