2015-P Dime Error. Is It Worth It?

Coin had just felt different from my other coins while counting drawer. It's thicker than the others no ridges and it looks good. So was wondering if this should be the first coin I collect or not worth the time and if it's worth what should I do to keep it worthy to build value. Thank you so very much for your help. Second, your dime has mechanical damage, which has caused the reeding to get worn away and flattened. This might be a so-called Dryer Coin as noted by @keith.
