Sweet SMALL DATED 1970-S Lincoln Cent....

You can ALWAYS tell a Small Dated 1970-S Cent by the Digit " 9 ", Both ends of the 9 are Pointed, Upper end and the lower End....An Easy PUP........

If you can, you may want to correct the title on your post. It say ' Wheat cent' and not Memorial cent.
