Possible 1995 P DDO Penny?

Good evening, everyone! I think I have possibly found my first example of actual doubling.

I almost didn't notice this at all until the light hit the coin just right for me to see the doubling in the raised part of the design. It definitely isn't something I can see without magnification, and looks completely different than the Machine Doubling and other things I've come across so far. Does this look like actual doubling to you guys as well? With the lighting in the pictures, it's especially noticeable inside of the "R" in Trust.


(sorry for the couple of missing pixels in the reverse picture, I was using the magic remove tool on pixlr and it removed a couple of pixels from the coin rather than just the background)
