1997 D Dime With Something Imbedded In It?

This is a continuation from my prior post. This is the second dime I have in my collection that I can't figure out. I figured that someone here would be able to help me. It weighs 2.56g and has a large chunk of something in it. One of the photos was taken without light for an optional view. The obverse side looks completely normal. Thank you all in advance!

It looks like someone soldered a pin-back or something like that to a Roosevelt dime. It's not something that happened when the coin was struck, so it's just Post Mint Damage. PMD
