The closest I could find, as far as mm location, is WRPM-004 on doubleddie.com. The actual mm looks slightly different but could be from damage/circulation. Yours could be a different die stage to, where it may look a little different. What did catch my eye though, are some heavy, horizontal die scratches/gouges, over the mm that look to match.
