Confirm Charlton Numbering Of Note - 1912 $5 Train Note

The red ink for the # was not that good (& easy to rub off). My instincts say this note was not processed (too many wrinkles!) I agree with DBM's assessment that it would probably fetch closer to a VF20 price (for appearing 99% original). The only problem (besides a bit soiled/worn serials/wrinkled paper) is the (design or 1%) which has been worn off a little near the left side of the train engine. I don't see any stains, pen marks (etc) or other distractions. Nice eye appeal for the F+ grade.
