I did a quick check. There are many dozens of RPM for the large mint mark War Nickels, and many entries do not list adequate die markers. If I have time, I will try to do an identification tomorrow.

I guess the P/P would be considered tilted or west. Many possibilities. Shame about the obverse scratch.
