There was another coin attached to your coin and when pulled apart residue was left behind.

For me, it is hard to say for sure what substance that is, but my observation is that; another coin was stuck to yours, clearly seen by the ring it left. With that , a conclusion would be those marks your concerned about is also from that secondary coin. Acetone will not work on every thing but it known to be safe on coins. I am not saying I am correct but not having coin in my hand it is what stands out to me. Hope someone else will come up with another theory.

I must agree that those areas look like glue residue, from something once glued to your coin.
However, you have the coin in hand, so hard to tell fo shor from pics.

I also see a monster in one of your pics...scary Pareidolia perhaps.
