There are quite a few coins from India that have a central hole - below is one from my collection. We would need the weight and diameter to identify yours.

Hmm. I think most likely it's a 1 pice from British India, but the Nepalese 4 paisa is not entirely implausible.

Better photos would help a lot; the OP pics are too small (and/or too faint) to be sure.
