Found this coin in a roll of nickels that was obviously a collection dump. I've never seen a clipped coin in person, so can anyone tell if that's what this is? There seems to be a small clipped rim by the A of Canada, and potentially also by the T in cents. Any feedback would be most appreciated.

I just noticed on the other side the same clips can be seen. If a rim is clipped would it typically show on both sides of the coin?

Nice coin.

Looks double clipped to me. Read up here on the Blakesley effect. It creates a depression opposite the clip. So you have one clip with a strong Blakesley effect opposite and a second small clip with only a slight Blakesley effect because the clip itself is very small
