It looks very nice from a distance but I suspect it would grade as CLEANED. Do others agree?

Hairlines from the fields crossing over the devices does not always indicate a cleaning but in this case I would say yes, this has been harshly cleaned. How about a reverse pic?

Obverse looks harshly cleaned, reverse is hard to tell from pics.
