Yes it looks like a strike from a freash die.
You also have a few nice die crack as well.and not sure what that lump is in between the bay 3 and 4 upper part.could be a clash or a die dent

Obverse fingerprint, die crack on obverse reverse shows it's been struck on tired/overused dies. Funny, looks like Abe's nose in the bay of the reverse. Nice but still only worth 1¢
