Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 73688 Posts	Posted 03/21/2026 2:47 pm I found this while going through a mixed roll of pennies. This was the only find worth posting on CCF. I also found a normal Canadian Cent, but that was it. I can only get a dollar worth of rolls of pennies now from my bank. You need to take a pickup truck on a cent recovery road trip! The credit unions around here are getting full. My own credit union has over 50 rolls on hand, and the manager said he really doesn't want to get to 100 rolls due to weight and vault space. Another local CU has suspended accepting deposits of cents because their containers are full. Apparently the Fed terminal that serves our area still isn't taking bags, so unless businesses withdraw cent rolls for commercial use, the local banks get stuck with them. Snailking, maybe I should try the Citizens Bank in Nashua, NH. The Citizens bank in my area is a smaller bank. The one in Nashua is a bigger bank I think.
