This was the second to last Franklyn I added to my proof cameo set. He is graded by PCGS as proof 66 cameo and has a CAC sticker too. Sorry my photographs do not present the cameo as well as it is.

I'm not the best with grading proofs. I dont own any except 2 proof sets but I'm not sure how this pulls a 66 with a bean seeing the field disturbances on the obv fields at K2 and K8. maybe someone can enlighten me if this is on the coin what caused it and why wouldnt it affect the grade. I dropped it a full grade for this.

@panzaldi, the graininess noted may be due to photography enhancements from my computer. The coin it's self does not have this pitting look to it.
