Unfortunately, your pics are not detailed enough to determine what RPM & DDO you're referring to.

Need clear closeups of the areas in question. Not seeing a Doubled Die or an RPM so far. As far as grade goes, AU. It's not worth much, as it's a common date. Mintage was 563 million.

Anytime you think you have a doubled die., go to varietyvista.com and find an EXACT match. If you do not find an EXACT match (every picture per entry shown must match), then you have a non-collectible form of cdoubling like Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling.

Even with the blurry picture you can tell by the differentiation of the colors that Lincoln's bust has wear on it and you can make out light hits, especially on the reverse rim, making it an AU (53) coin.
So you're looking at a very small premium over face value.
