Some are worse than others. Some people are starting to call them "Katrina" coins as they seem to have been immersed in water for a period of time, causing staining and decomposition. I am not 100% sure about the origins of the coins but I have seen hundreds like this. I am 100% sure though that it is damage. Thanks, Bill Report this Post to the Staff
