I've seen pic's of this RPM and alway's wondered why this is classified as one I've seen other coin's that look like they should be a rpm but are just a crack or something! Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining because I'll grab any RPM I can find Report this Post to the Staff

coppercoins Pillar of the Community United States 7629 Posts	Posted 10/24/2009 10:51 am It's listed as an RPM because that line you see stretching to the north of the mintmark is the vertical bar of another mintmark punching. That has been determined by viewing a coin in much earlier die state that yours, where more detail of this blunder is apparent. Report this Post to the Staff
