That appears to be a reproduction of a late 17th century Chinese coin. Sorry to say, but the fact that your coin was struck, rather than caste, and the dots in the fields give it away as a modern copy.

lets say a Modern reproduction- struck since about 1990. They were sold in sets of the Ching Emperors- all different obverses, but with the mint side exactly the same for all. They came in a red holder, which had writing on it.
