Just finished a box of String & Sons' wrapped cents and found the following:254 wheaties. One 1916 in g-vg,one 1919 in g,1944 in xf-au and a 1944-D in xf-au.Found 18 wheats in one roll,14 in another roll and two rolls that had 12 in each. Not too bad,it's the most I have found so far Thanks for reading,

WHAT? NO 09S VDB? NO 14D? What a waste of time. At least one 22 Plain.
You did really well compared to many others.

Not a bad haul at all! I wish I had the patience to go through that many rolls, my eyes would be crossed after 5 minutes of searching.

John - did you feel like you had ridden in a time machine back to 1970 or so? That is a fantastic haul.

You did very well with that box. I average about ten or so per box. I will have to check out RBC, they are the only ones in my area with String rolls.

With all these Wheaties still in circulation, it leads me to believe that there's enough money to go around without printing trillions of dollars. I barely get 2-3 from 1940-49 and that's in Canada, though. Good score, OP!
