Whoever first posts the correct translation of this puzzle will win a silver prize.

The solution is in English.

If the puzzle draws out for more then a couple of days, I will start to provide hints, but I don't expect it to last long enough for that.

Punctuation was not included. Feel free to add whatever punctuation you feel appropriate when posting the solution.

I have spent a couple hours on thins one and I have cmoe to several conclusions. I can't reveal them all, but the three main ones are :

1) my list of two letter words must not be complete,
2) I doubt I'll get this without a hint,
3) I need a nap.

Non-Paid Dues?
I did find out the NPD Group released a survey stating that 12% of households own a Mac.

Am I getting close?

I am totally missing this one as I have substituted every two letter word, and then three letter words with the proper substitutions and I am getting nowhere. I'm not giving up but there must be a twist to this that I've not seen yet.

I hope I'm not alone on this. Anyone else out there as confused as I am?
