Dave42 Pillar of the Community United States 571 Posts	Posted 04/15/2011 1:58 pm My wife gave me a handful of cents picked up off the floor at her sons appartment to go through. This was one of them: As far as I can tell, it is 1957D-1MM-020 as shown on coppercoins website. It has all the markers except for chip and crack on the right hand wheat ear. I assume this coin is an earlier die state. I can provide more pictures if anyone wants to see anything specific on the coin. It just shows that you never know where a die variety will show up! I have a ton of fun searching for these and its even sweeter when you can match a variety up to specific die number. If your wife's son is like mine, he won't miss that coin one bit:). Sometimes I'll deeply engrossed in thought or computer, and a sweet voice breaks through "Honey- is this date anything important to you?" It's moments like these that I realize there actually IS something far more important that coins. My family is so on-page, I never have to worry about losing sight of that. Sounds like you've got your priorities figured out too, Dave. THIS is the sort of thing that I find exciting. The heartwarming, genuine stuff in life, where friends and family are brought closer together through our own first love..... Sorry to get all mushy on you- if anyone disagrees, please holler!
