Looks okay to me. It first appears to be a re-punched mint mark. The first being to the left, the second to the right. Maybe there is a variety? My second guess would be Might be shot at the slightest angle. The shadow from the light makes the body of the S look as if it is to the left. ( The dark shadow ) The bright silver S seems to be in the right place.
It does not look like an added mint mark to me.

Could be because of the way the picture is tilted. With key dates it should always be a question of authenticity, especially in this grade. This could be a $200+ coin in this grade (if accurate). Since it is raw, I would think twice. However, the seller does have good feedback. There might be a website with known mintmark locations that you could check. Anyone know?

When it comes to something important like forging mint marks I always make sure I can get the coin in my hand and inspect it before I buy... or make sure there is a good return policy

Well, I just looked at about 100 pics of the '32-s. The vast majority have the mm centered right where you would expect it. But there were a few with the mm off to the left a bit, and a very few with the mm way over to the left just as this one is. So I suppose it is a legit location . . . . . . right now it is $5.50 . . . . . . I think I will bit $6.00. Think I will win it?  |

This got me curious, so I went to Heritage and looked at 32-S mintmark positions. So I put together a grid of 5 certified coins, compared to the ebay coin (enlarging and adjusting perspective/angle):  |

I think it looks like a authentic 32 S ... and seller has a good return policy.
I would think this coin will go for $180+ pretty easily.
