If it is a major key date I would get it slabbed by NGC or PCGS and go by their price guide minus what it takes to actually sell it. If it's a common date I have no idea. For example I have heard that acid treated dates are only worth 10 to 20 % of greysheet bid. I know we have some serious Buff collectors here , so I am waiting for them to weigh in... Example 1914 D , if the 1 and 9 are gone and only the 14 in the date is left, how much do you discount it over the actual detals grade ? Report this Post to the Staff
