I mentioned at the bottom of the post that the case was beat up and to a certain extent you can tell. However, I am thinking about cross grading with CCCS here in Canada just to verify. I know from various discussions here that PCGS has been fairly liberal in their grading of Canadian coins recently, but have been told that the older green labels such as this one are more accurate.
The eye appeal is what pushed that coin from MS-64 to MS-65... collectors in Canada seem to forget that eye appeal actually counts with PCGS grading.
