Good afternoon. I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on this dime. Thought someone here might find it interesting and/or help me figure out what this is. There a bump on Roosevelt's head and on his brow. Thanks in advance for any help. Erik

I have seen dimes with die chips for sale as 'error coins' but I've never seen anyone buy one......still, they're fun to find, I think.
