If it grades 64 then it's worth slabbing but I am not sure it would go that high.One cent has a lot of hits and the obverse has spots and a few hits.

Hard to tell, it just looks too yellow to me to be natural. Maybe it looks different in hand. If it is natural, I don't think it would go 64, too many marks.
