Are These Full Bell Lines? - Coin Community Forum

I just purchased this nice PF66 W CAMEO Franklin, and someone pointed out the weakish bell lines. I agree they are weak, and not sure if they would qualify as FBL. I know proofs don't get FBL designations by TPGs, but I just assumed that because it's a proof, it would have strong Bell Lines. The photos aren't the best, and I could probably do better if needed. IMO, the lower two lines are full, but the upper three definitely aren't. I like the explanation of a "later hub state." I like the coin, and really like the holder with the "W" designation.
