Racer94 New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 11/14/2017 1:18 pm Not sure what it is, but it deffently a stamp mark in the coin. It is a raised mark in the coin, not just sitting on the surface. It can't be picked off, rubbed off or cleaned off. Report this Post to the Staff
