I Need Help! What Kind Of Serial Number Is This?

I like it, but it is not a radar note. It would be if we counted by two digit numbers because either way it reads
19 29 29 19 but it doesn't work that way.
1 9 2 9 9 2 9 1 would be a radar, radars are counted by 1 digit at a time.
It doesn't make a birthday note either but is close. This one reads nearest to 19th of ? 1929 since there isn't a 29th month of the year
( or 19th month ).
If you had a last digit of 2 rather than 9 19292912 might be read Dec 29th 1929 by some although it would be better if it was 12291929.

It would be a repeater note if it was 19291929 since there are repeating sets of 4 digits but close is no cigar.

Maybe there is a name for this that I don't know but ...
Four 9's beats two pair! I suppose it's worth $100.00 and not worth tying up for investment.
