Probably not Bill,unless the Obverse is in top condition.
Others on here that specialise in pre-Dec. may have a more detailed opinion.

It's got next to no wear,it's just dirty. I'll try and take a detailed picture..also,I know better then to ever clean em,but should I do something to this one?like I said all the detail is there,but it's just dirty...thanks again guys for all the facts.

If you use acetone and a wooden toothpick to get some of the dirt off it shouldn't hurt the coin.

Yeah,but its got a wonky rim and star,i think it would struggle to get a reasonable grading IMO.
Better photo of both sides will probably draw an opinion out of our more credentialed members.

Looks to be mid grade (about VF ) from the reverse photo which shows that
it has moderate wear on it.A photo of the obverse would conform my suspicion
