Yes you have it, but it's pretty common and doesn't really have a premium. There's was an old fad on ebay when sellers starting selling these in bulk for a premium, even though it was common and was just a Die Chip. That fad died out a long time ago on ebay.

Die chip. People give these common occurances names to make an extra buck. Same with the spitting eagle quarters. It's actually Just a die clash. Of course, these coins are keepers if it's what you like to collect. It's a neat find never be less.
