Does anyone know what kind or brand of coin holder book that will hold different size foreign coins and maybe holds sets of them together in there own slots? What do you use or recommend me getting? Or if anyone here has a used one they want to part with would be cool also. Must be 9.5in wide x 12.5 long to fit in my safe. Thanks Coindexter

There are very few albums for foreign coins. I have managed to get a few Dansco over the years, Canada Type, Australia Type, Predecimal Fiji, Panama to 1962, and a few Australian and Irish ones which came out more recently. However, I've been working hard on a collection from Seychelles. I've had a hard time with it. I decided to buy a blank Dansco album (#7000) and vinyl pages (got to get only those made by Dansco in order to fit this album). I put each coin in a 2 X 2 in the Dansco this way.

All of my non-US coins are housed the same way.

I'll cast a 3rd vote for the dansco 7000. I've filled two and will be starting a third soon.

Thanks guys you don't even want to know how they are stored now. Universal is what I need with some 2x2s I'm thinking.

Some time ago I saw an old Whitman album for foreign type, I just don't remember where.

May be worth looking for.

Why not go the simple way and make your own. Just go to most coin stores and purchase those plastic pages that hold 20 - 2x2's. Place your coins in 2x2's, lable as you want, place in a standard 3 ringed binder. Those come in all sorts of colors and thicknesses. If your inventive you could use a photo type or other program and create a cover for that binder. Many 3 ringed binders come with a plastic cover where you could insert a sheet of paper so you could use it to make your own coin album.
