They finally start listing them on the PCGS population report. 1 MS65 1 MS66, and 1 MS65 first week of discovery. Int he terms and conditions of the contest "PCGS First Discovery pedigree is limited to 1 per customer, multiple qualifying 2019-W American Memorial Park quarter submissions would be assigned for First Week of Discovery or Early Find pedigrees" As far as that first ebay seller, maybe he is the other winner of this contest, maybe he lucked into 9 of them and submitted his best two to PCGS and got MS66 first discovery tie, a MS65 First week, and sold the rest on ebay at $100 each.
