1998 D Lincoln Cent Possible Error?

Possible coin error? Help needed.

1998 D penny that has a small standalone circle. It can be seen straight across from Lincoln's nose, closer to the edge of the penny. Also the T in TRUST appears to have a big disfigured circle or something branching off the bottom of it.

there is a very thin plating of copper which has opened to expose the zinc core. Not an error, but I can certainly understand why you would ask.
