I didn't need to do the search, however, to know that no such coin would ever be struck by the US Mint - only third-parties looking to make a quick buck on a very unfortunate and serious health issue would alter an actual US coin to create such a piece. I've seen some interesting coins that had COVID-19 counterstamps and colorized lettering that one person was doing during the lockdown. I don't think the US Mint would ever design a COVID coin, but I'm sure some private mint is working on something as we speak. The coins I've seen were really well done and I wouldn't mind having a few copies, but it's not something I would pay for.
