2 days after the ebay auction. $32 item. lenba_31 "Can't buy it" Me Why not, and why did you bid? lenba_31 "I didn't my brother did and he thought it was funny." It was the only bid so it didn't cost me a sale. Just the down time of not having it relist immediately. And the hassle. Buyers account has been open roughly a year. With 0 feedback as buyer or seller. I had one other winning bid cancel on Sun. But at least that person messaged me immediately. (even before the auction was over) Apologized and said they didn't mean to click on the bid button.

My brother did it--the ageless excuse. At least it wasn't blamed on the dog.

I'd block them, but negative feedback may not be necessary in this case.

I didn't think Sellers can give "Buyers" a negative feedback for anything.........

You can only leave positive feedback.
Something like..... "The only way this transaction could have been better is if the Buyer had made the effort to make payment" ...... gets the message across.
I left a few of those in my eBaying days and not once has one ever been removed.

If they requested to cancel through the ebay system just cancel the sale. If you don't ebay will keep the fees. You can't leave a negative anyway.

I would've reported them. I went and added them to my blocked buyers list.

I would absolutely report to ebay, block, and leave a "negative positive" feedback. I'd quote the buyer's own words.
