Hello again, I do not think this is anything but it is interesting to look at for sure. It appears that their is a D over D mint mark. Or perhaps my eyes are tired again and I am just seeing things. Thanks for looking.

As mentioned on the other thread, it is from the extreme die wear. Not a RPM. Just the metal moving towards the rim. Just like a car can wear out, the dies breakdown and are called die events. No premium for die wear.

it does look interesting, but I agree with coop about it being due to die wear
