If they had helped me and told me how they could unblock my account and not just say "no, it's impossible", I would have solved this problem long ago. Slerk, I think you are done with great collections. Personally I don't believe it's your fault but you are stuck because of world affairs. Until you are allowed to pay great collections I would leave it alone, but that's me. Really appalling situation you're in---they should've tried to work with you since all you wanted was your past purchase info. Very sad. Perhaps when the world event ends and the sanctions are lifted, something will change, but I don't believe in it anymore.
