Opinions on this coin? Grading Ms-63 seems way off but I've never seen an error with the wire still physically in the coin.

Is this genuine?

Looks real to me. The grade is accurate too - pics aren't the best through the slab. I don't think it would have circulated long before someone recognized it and kept it. The ANACS certification number checks out, but there are no pictures on the page.

Doesn't appear to be any signs of damage around the wire to indicate it was done artificially. Looks good to my novice eyes.
