I'm considering purchasing the 2023s Proof Morgan NGC PF-70. Bullion Exchanges seems to have the lowest price on ebay. Was wondering if any of you have dealt with them before? I do see some negatives and questionable transactions in their feedback. *** Moved by Staff moved to a more appropriate forum. ***

I've never dealt with them, but they are on ebay with 275K feedbacks @99.9% positive.

I've bought from them occasionally for about six years, both their online store and their ebay store. No problems. Only thing, sometimes their shipping has been a little slow.

Thanks for the links Spence. Waiting for some more opinions. I didn't like some of the feedback about this outfit selling fake ASE's and I question some of the transactions where people have paid $6000 for a tube of 20 ASE's and others where someone paid 42K for a 1 oz. gold, not once but numerous times. They are at $108 and change for a slabbed 2023 Morgan NGC PF-70 ER. Many other sellers are in the $130-$150 range. Sometimes cheaper isn't the best deal. That is why I an inquiring about Bullion Exchanges.

I have never seen Bullion Exchanges extremely over charging. Never heard of them selling fake ASE either. Maybe people are leaving fake comments. On ebay in the last year they had 40,666 positive, 162 neutral, 52 negative. Sounds like a good legit company to me. But if you are concerned about buying from a dealer you haven't dealt with, go with a dealer you have bought from. I've bought from most of the bigger companies, JM Bullion, APMEX, SD Bullion, Liberty Coin, Bullion Exchanges, Hero Bullion, Monument Metals, etc. They have all treated me well. I watch for the sales to get best price. When a few coins have arrived with scratches they let me return them.

Reputable company as far as I know. There are always nut cases who will leave negative ratings.

Thanks all, I feel a little more comfortable pulling the trigger with the trusted opinions found here. Besides, it is slabbed and graded by NGC so how bad could it be? I'll keep you all posted with my experience once the coin is in hand.

Margins are lowest.
On only the two occasions I have purchased, I bought over the counter, using cash. Taken physical delivery in person. This particular dealer does not do proof bullion. - they leave that business to the coin dealers. Seven ounces Pt. total.
My main interests are in numismatics, not bullion.

Roger that Hondo, I'll post picks when it arrives. I already bought the proof Peace dollar in NGC PF-70 ER last month. Then I don't know if I should go for the reverse proofs or the MS coins. I prefer old classic coins but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to add the two ultra cam modern proofs to my collection.
