Thanks again to my CCF family members for the kind words.
I am happy to say that, for some reason, I am better now than I have been since diagnosed with POTS in 2008. They say the blood clots could not possibly have been in me that ling and I defer to physician wisdom. With POTS my blood pressure was measured as dropping 30-40 points each time I would stand up from a chair. Thus I had a life o my vision going black and having to stand still holding on to something for close to 20 years now. Doctors said my meds would keep me from passing out all the way and 99% of the time that was true...but what a gross feeling it is to almost pass out!
To me it is a miracle that no longer happens! I can actually bend over and pick something up off of the floor, straighten up, and have no problem! It makes me all the more appreciate things we tend to take for granted.
Breathing better than I have in a long time and can only describe it as a feeling that would be had by someone who has lived in a high altitude visiting someplace at sea level (if that makes sense to you).
And though some of you may cringe at the thought, I have been able to kick coffee out of my life! After every day since 2008 I still still hate the stuff (nicknamed it poison and often said it could be improved by adding mud!). POTS people are told to drink, specifically, coffee caffeine and no other type relieves POTS brain fog by far (believe me I tried!). Chugged it each day to get it over with. Billions of people cannot be wrong so must be something wrong with my taste buds
Again thanks for all the kind words
