I'll go with AU58. I can't tell the difference between slight wear and a weak strike. You can see the skirt lines end prematurely but that could be the strike..

I'd lean towards 63, but 58 wouldn't surprise me.

I'll also go with the AU58.

there is some weakness on the eagles leg. the sun rays. A little flatness in the olive branches.

the field area above the motto is showing broken luster and several light scratches in that area. several ticks up and down the front leg. I am aware of your challenges with photos. the photos are fine, the problem is glare. I think you attempting to show the luster and the only way you think you can capture it, is via the lighting. thats not the case.

just for the heck of it. try this, take a photo of this coin with no overhead light, in a dimly light area away from the area where the light is emanating from and then slightly tilt the coin

right now I think its a really nice AU58 or MS63. the area above the motto is making me lean to AU58. i'll revise it if you send new photos. I really want you to figure this out as you are saying there is full cartwheel luster and I just dont see that
