It does have the look of a genuine Lint Strike error. However, I would not send it for certification if you intend to package it for future sale. To me this is a White Elephant coin. Someone with an interest in errors would usually look for a less expensive example. On the other hand, a collector of key date coins would prefer a coin without a prominent mark in front of the king's face. A coin like this would be hard to sell & likely would need to be discounted well below trends. Send the 1923 instead.
