1983 Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ? Need Help Here

jennifermclements Valued Member 82 Posts	Posted 10/13/2011 5:53 pm is this a 1983 DDR? please keep in mind my scanner is broken..this is one of the best pics I could take with my camera phone. look at the o in one the rest is too blurry to see ..also, I have two others i'd like some input on . thanks in advance.
