I just bought an 1899 Series Black Eagle Silver Certificate and was wondering if I did okay.

The signatures are Napier and McClung which I realize is the common pair. The paper still has a good amount of crispness left though and can be held horizontally in front of you without bending or wavering. It does have a bit more staining then I would like though. The whole note is slightly yellowish, but their are no major noticeable stains outside the fact that the whole note is stained. The pictures do the note more justice when it comes to color then it deserves, but I figured they would help with a grade idea.

Thanks for the opinion. I have wanted one of this design for a while and I think I did okay, but what would you guys say it was worth from what you can see and my description.

Thanks, I was thinking it was around F15 but am not good with grading notes.

I was just looking at my change from buying it and found this

I know it is just a common star note, but it is my first from circulation that I found.
