Anyone come across anything like this? Not sure if it's post-mint damage or a die-clash of some sort (although not sure where it would have come from). Any comments appreciated.

The two marks look a lot similar to those I've seen on %1 and 20 cent pieces. I understand those are caused by the coin ejection mechanism. If it is a die clash, I can't think of where it would have come from. I assume that the picture is of the kangaroo's back.

Thanks for that - couldn't work out which part of the design could have caused it. The ejector mechanism explanantion would solve the problem.
